Weld Overlay Cladding is a process of surfacing flange with a metallurgival composite process of two different metals. AQSA follows a qualified procedure in accordance with a large number of international cladding specifications for variuos applications.

We use majority of low alloy steel and chrome molybdenum steel, stainless steel SS316L and other variuos corrosion-resistant alloys including Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Haselloy C276 and Duplex 2205 hard surface steel. Advanced soldering work stations enable us to provide you a low-diluted alloy coating and perfect welding bond and weld pass.

We are also capable of manufacturing customized & bespoke parts as per the requirement of the customer. Components requiring precise dimensional accuracy with close tolerances demanding CNC machining can be easily fulfilled.
